HyPrint wins the 1st Baden Entrepreneur Award BadUp!

In the Startup category, the team around founders Andreas Laib and Richard Leys prevailed against strong competition from a wide range of industries. From a combination of jury points and online voting, the winner was announced on September 24 at the “Europäísches Forum am Rhein” in Neuried. The award ceremony was broadcast live on Baden TV and is available here in the media center.
Managing Director Andreas Laib and the entire team are delighted with the award: “This award is a huge honor for us and we would like to thank the jury and everyone who supported us with their vote very much.” With a team of 7, HyPrint develops smart logistics solutions with resource-saving electronic components for temperature detection, monitoring and documentation of sensitive products in the pharmaceutical and food sector. If cooling must be ensured (stationary or mobile), the Smart Label System with self-adhesive label, app and associated cloud offers an efficient solution. Co-founder Dr. Richard Leys explains the advantages of the system: “We enable our customers to introduce digitization processes or accelerate existing processes in a cost-effective manner. In highly sensitive areas such as drug transport, it is imperative that uninterrupted quality assurance is guaranteed. With our product, we want to enable the reliable logging and documenting of the required data.”
Hyprint GmbH was founded in early 2020 by Dr. Martin Gutfleisch, Andreas Laib and Dr. Richard Leys and is based in the Business Development Center belonging to the Heidelberg Technology Park.
